Josh started up Minerva Films with the sole intent of wanting to enhance the human experience through emotional and cognitive motivation techniques by utilizing comprehensive communication strategies.

 

Minerva Films has become a conduit for pro-social change efforts, through the use of Entertainment-Education (E-E) motion picture production, and Josh works to help other companies leverage their media production and communications to do the same, through the foundations of organizational psychology consultative services.

Joshua runs the day-to-day operations for a small, independent production company based out of south Florida.  Minerva Films has employed up to 100 cast and crew members during a given production, with Josh serving as producer, writer, director, and talent coordinator for projects.  Josh also assumes responsibility for fiscal solvency, business and marketing strategy, social media management, project management, scheduling, financing, and budgeting.

2014 - 2015

 

22-minute short film addressing issues concerning gender variance and gender transition in the workplace. Story was produced for implementation as a social intervention for a dissertation in an attempt to lessen negative attitudes, stigma, and discrimination toward transgender individuals.
